Global Online Safety educational program
Brief
Google invited us to produce a set of videos for a Global Educational Program on Online Safety. This project had several challenges, since the communication and narrative of both the scripts and the animations should empathize with global audiences, from well-differentiated cultures.
Solution
Based on the visual universe of the brand, we propose the realization of animated videos based on simple and global reading illustrations. The characters and scenes should be understood by audiences anywhere on the planet, so we use synthetic concepts and universal metaphors. Animations should not contain too much text, to allow simple and quick adaptations to local languages. Among others, the videos were adapted into English, Spanish, Arabic, Danish, Finnish, French, Hebrew, Japanese, Malay, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish and Chinese.
